Our rates include:

- Taxe de Sejour
  - Local Tourist Tax
- Electricity
  - The first EUR 15 per week of consumed electricity (unlikely to be exceeded during normal summer usage).
- Cleaning consumables
  - All kitchen and bathroom cleaning consumables are provided and replenished.
- Linen
  - Bed and bath linen are exchanged each week.
- Beach / Picnics
  - Beach towels for sunbathing and beach use.
  - Beach mats, folding chairs and parasols etc, for beach and picnic use.
- BBQ
  - Initial supply of charcoal etc.
- Information guides
  - Comprehensive guides on walks, rambles, restaurants and places to visit etc.
- WiFi
  - Unlimited WiFi (subject to availability).

In addition, we can provide:

- On arrival
  - Additional provisions (at cost) as required.
- On departure
  - Departure cleaning service at the prevailing local market rate (please arrange in advance if required)
