ReservationsPlease fully complete the Enquiry Form page (see the Contact Us page) and click "SEND";We will let you know immediately if the dates are "Available", "Reserved" or "Booked";If "Available" we will E-Mail you a Booking Form showing the Price and when Payments will be due, together with our Terms and Conditions.  We will hold this as a "Reservation" for 7 days.

ConfirmationIf you wish to proceed, you will need to send us a Deposit of one-third of the total holiday rental amount to reach our Bank Account as Cleared Funds within 7 days - See Payments below;The Deposit is non-refundable.In addition we require the Declaration on the Booking Form to be signed and returned to us, again within 7 days;On receipt of these, we will then "Confirm" the Booking to you.

Final BalanceThe Final Balance must reach our Bank Account as Cleared Funds not later than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date;The Security Bond, as fully described in the Terms & Conditions, must also reach our Bank Account as Cleared Funds not later than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date;On receipt of these we will send you the Joining Instructions with full details of how to find us.

Security BondA few days after the Departure Date we will return the Security Bond, subject to the Terms & Conditions, direct to your Bank Account.

PaymentsAll our rates are based on Euros;Payments may be made in either EUR or GBP;Where payments are made in GBP we will notify you of the prevailing Exchange Rate shortly before each payment becomes due.All payments should be made by electronic Bank Transfer to our Bank Account as Cleared Funds;We do not accept either Cheques or Bankers' Drafts.

Travel InsuranceWe expect and strongly recommend thta you arrange suitable travel insurance to include, amongst others, cancellation cover.

CancellationIf you cancel your Booking more than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date:
  - The Deposit is non-refundable;If you cancel your Booking less than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date:
  - The Deposit is non-refundable;
  - The Final Balance is non-refundable;
  - The Security Bond will be refunded in full.

GeneralWe operate a non-smoking policy in the Gite;We regret that we do not accept any children;The Taxe de Sejour (Tourism Tax) is included in the Rate;Normally the Gite is available only on a Saturday to Saturday basis;However, between October and April it may be possible to accept alternative days.

ArrivalThe Gite is available from 16h00 on the day of Arrival.

DepartureThe Gite must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of Departure;The Gite is required to be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found on Arrival;We can arrange for a local cleaner at the local prevailing rate if required.
