BOOKING PROCEDURE

Reservations
Please fully complete the CONTACT US page and click "SEND MESSAGE ".
We will let you know immediately if the dates are "Available", "Reserved" or "Booked".
If "Available" we will E-Mail you a Booking Form showing the Price and when Payments will be due, together with our Terms & Conditions.
We will hold this as a "Reservation" for 7 days.

Confirmation
If you wish to proceed, you will need to send us a Deposit of one-third of the total holiday rental amount to reach our Bank Account within the following 7 days - See Payments below.
The Deposit is non-refundable.
In addition we require the Declaration on the Booking Form to be signed and returned to us, again within 7 days.
On receipt of these, we will then "Confirm" the Booking to you.

Final Balance
The Final Balance must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date.
In addition we require a Security Bond Deposit to be paid at the same time as the Final Balance.
On receipt of these we will send you the Joining Instructions with full details of how to find us.
The Final Balance is non-refundable, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Security Bond Refund
A few days after the Departure Date we will send back the Security Bond, subject to the Terms & Conditions, by electronic bank transfer to your Bank Account.

Payments
All our rates are based on Euros. Payments may be made in either EUR or GBP. Where Payments are made in GBP we will notify you of the prevailing Exchange Rate shortly before each payment becomes due.
All payments should be made by electronic Bank Transfer to our Bank Account as cleared funds - We do not accept either Cheques or Bankers' Drafts.

Cancellation
If you cancel your Booking more than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date:
- The Deposit is non-refundable
If you cancel your Booking less than 8 weeks before the Arrival Date:
- The Deposit is non-Refundable
- The Final Balance will only be refunded if we can re-let the Gite, less any expenses incurred in achieving the re-let.
- The Security Bond will be refunded in full.

General
We operate a non-smoking policy in the Gite.
We regret that we do not accept any children or pets.
The Taxe de Sejour (Tourism Tax) is included in the Rate.
Normally the Gite is available on a Saturday to Saturday basis only. However, between October and April it may be possible to accept alternative days.

Arrival
The Gite is available from 16h00 on the day of Arrival.

Departure
The Gite must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of Departure. The Gite is required to be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found on Arrival. We can arrange for a local cleaner if required.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to include, amongst others, cancellations etc.
